1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the dakh7 platform and all of its services. "We", "us", or "dakh7" refers to the entity operating this platform. "User", "you", or "player" refers to any person registered on this platform or using its services.

By creating an account on dakh7, browsing the platform, or using any of its services, you are considered to have legally agreed to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

These Terms are written in Bengali and that version serves as the primary document. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age & Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use the services at dakh7, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only.
• You must be a person of full legal capacity and able to enter into legally binding agreements.
• You must be eligible to participate in online betting and gaming activities under the applicable local laws.
• You must confirm that you are placing bets for yourself, on your own account, and with your own funds.

2.2 One Account Only

Each user may hold only one account on dakh7. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found, all of them may be closed and any earned bonuses may be cancelled.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when opening an account. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure. It is your responsibility to update your information immediately if any details change.

3. Account Management

3.1 Password & Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your account. Keep your login details confidential and do not share them with anyone. dakh7 will never ask for your password via email or chat. If you suspect any unauthorised access, contact us immediately.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

dakh7 may verify your identity at any time for the purpose of security and fraud prevention. You may be asked to submit a national ID card, passport, or other required documents. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Suspension or Closure

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms
• Suspicion of fraud or manipulation
• Provision of false information
• Participation in illegal activities
• At your own request (voluntary closure)

4. Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods may be used to deposit funds at dakh7: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used on your account.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Your identity verification must be complete before a withdrawal can be made. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Transaction Errors

If an incorrect amount is deposited or withdrawn due to a technical error, dakh7 reserves the right to correct that error. Any winnings resulting from an erroneous transaction will be considered void.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or deposit ৳42,000 and receive the maximum ৳20,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. The calculation is based on the bonus amount only — the deposit amount is not included. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Terms

Please keep the following rules regarding bonuses in mind:

• Each promotion has a specific validity period; wagering must be completed within the set time.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• If dakh7 suspects that a user is attempting to exploit the bonus system, dakh7 reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• Each player is not eligible to receive each offer more than once.

6. Betting & Gaming

6.1 Betting Rules

Sports betting, casino games, and slots are available at dakh7. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. Bets placed during a technical error may be considered void.

6.2 Settlement of Winnings

Bets are settled based on the results of sports events. In the event of any dispute, dakh7's decision will be considered final. Bets placed on unclear or erroneous odds may be cancelled.

6.3 Maximum Winnings Limit

dakh7 reserves the right to set a maximum winnings amount for any single bet or session. Winnings exceeding the set limit will be reviewed in accordance with applicable rules.

7. Responsible Gaming

dakh7 places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe that entertainment should be safe and controlled. The following tools are available to you:

• Set Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: Restrict the amount you bet within a given time period.
• Self-Exclusion: The option to suspend your account for a specified period.
• Reality Check: You will be reminded of your playing time at regular intervals.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Any attempt to manipulate the bonus system.

11. Changes to Terms & Termination

dakh7 reserves the right to change, amend, or cancel any part of these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavour to notify you by email or via a platform notification.

Updated Terms take effect from the date they are published. If you continue to use the platform after a change, this will be treated as acceptance of the new Terms.

We reserve the right to shut down all or part of the service at any time. In such circumstances, arrangements will be made to return all legitimate funds.
